1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy applies to most reservations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night's charge
  • No-shows: Full stay charge

2. Special Rate Cancellations

2.1 Advance Purchase Rates

  • Non-refundable
  • Full payment required at time of booking
  • No modifications allowed

2.2 Package Rates

  • 72-hour cancellation policy
  • 50% refund if cancelled outside 72 hours
  • No refund within 72 hours

3. Group Bookings

For reservations of 5 rooms or more:

  • 30 days notice required for cancellation
  • 50% deposit required at booking
  • Custom cancellation terms may apply

4. Peak Season & Special Events

During peak periods and special events:

  • 7-day cancellation policy applies
  • Full payment may be required at booking
  • Special cancellation terms will be clearly communicated

5. Modifications

Reservation modifications are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Rate differences
  • Original booking terms
